Alcalde de David felicita al alcalde y representantes electos
Durante la sesión del concejo municipal de David celebrada ayer miércoles, el alcalde Antonio Araúz Avendaño felicitó al alcalde electo Joaquín De León y a los representantes electos en las pasadas elecciones del 5 de mayo.
Señaló que el alcalde electo de David, Joaquín De León, conoce y representa a los gobiernos locales y merecía tener esta oportunidad, ya que es una persona que ha vivido y conoce la esencia de este sistema de gobiernos.
“Independientemente de que fuimos adversarios en ideas, pero no como personas, la alcaldía queda en manos de una persona idónea para ejercer esa responsabilidad, ya lo llamamos y nos pusimos a disposición para sostener una reunión previa para llevar a cabo un proceso de transición como debe ser, dejando todo en regla”, mencionó el alcalde Araúz Avendaño.

Panamá reglamenta el funcionamiento de su Servicio Público de Empleo
El Ministerio de Trabajo y Desarrollo Laboral (Mitradel) de Panamá ha reglamentado el Servicio Público de Empleo mediante el Decreto Ejecutivo No. 3 del 22 de abril de 2024, en cumplimiento del Convenio 88 de la Organización Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) y el capítulo segundo del Código de Trabajo.
Esta medida establece las bases legales para el funcionamiento del servicio, priorizando las necesidades de los buscadores de empleo y las empresas.
La ministra de Trabajo, Doris Zapata Acevedo, destacó la importancia histórica de esta acción, centrada en facilitar relaciones laborales formales y efectivas. El reglamento permite a las empresas privadas reportar vacantes y a los buscadores de empleo registrar sus habilidades, facilitando la intermediación laboral. El Servicio Público de Empleo también generará informes estadísticos sobre las necesidades de mano de obra en el país
Panama regulates the operation of its Public Employment Service
The Ministry of Labor and Labor Development (Mitradel) of Panama has regulated the Public Employment Service through Executive Decree No. 3 of April 22, 2024, in compliance with Convention 88 of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and chapter second of the Labor Code. This measure establishes the legal bases for the operation of the service, prioritizing the needs of job seekers and companies.
The Minister of Labor, Doris Zapata Acevedo, highlighted the historical importance of this action, focused on facilitating formal and effective labor relations.
The regulation allows private companies to report vacancies and job seekers to register their skills, facilitating job intermediation. The Public Employment Service will also generate statistical reports on labor needs in the country.

Vinicius Jr. y Joseleu meten al Real Madrid agónicamente a la final de Champions
En una verdadera batalla por la supervivencia se convirtieron los últimos minutos de los prolongados “extras”, luego de los primeros 90 en donde Real Madrid pedía el reloj para preservar con agonía el 2-1 que lo enviaría a la Gran Final de Champions el 1 de junio.
Tal como había sido previsto luego del empate en Munich, los alemanes venían a buscar su pase a la final y marcaron primero con golazo del canadiense Alfonso Davies en el segundo tiempo que advirtió el final épico ante la marea blanca del Santiago Bernabéu.
Fue un ir y venir constante donde los arqueros Mauer y Lunin se extendieron a fondo para controlar las ofensivas de rivales históricos en este clásico clubes del futbol europeo. En un partido brillante, el “9” de reserva Joseliu marco los dos goles del triunfo con asistencias de Vinicio y Rudyguer de excelente cobertura.
El 2-1 fue justo porque aunque hubo intervención del VAR, el partido fue un auténtico presagio de lo que será ante Borussia Durtmond la final de Wembley.

Vinicius Jr. and Joseleu put Real Madrid in agony to the Champions League final
