Capacitan a pequeños ganaderos
Pequeños productores de la comarca Ngäbe Buglé y de Chiriquí se les instruyó sobre el manejo de los sementales de raza Brahman, que les ayudarán a mejorar la genética de sus hatos y fortalecerá la subsistencia de sus familias, en una actividad que organizó la Dirección de Ganadería del Ministerio de Desarrollo Agropecuario, en Guabalá, provincia de Chiriquí.
La actividad se desarolló en la finca de Rodrigo Spiegel y contó con la participación de 10 pequeños ganaderos de las áreas de Ño Kribo, Soloy, Buenos Aires, Hato Juli, Alto Caballero y Cerro Iglesias.
Durante la actividad, el director de Ganadería del MIDA, Avelino Ureña, en representación del ministro Augusto Valderrama, dijo que esta es una iniciativa para resaltar la importancia de seguir mejorando la genética ganadera de todo el país, con lo que genera empleos y se garantiza la seguridad alimentaria nacional.
They train small ranchers
Small producers from the Ngäbe Buglé and Chiriquí region were instructed on the management of Brahman stallions, which will help them improve the genetics of their herds and strengthen the subsistence of their families, in an activity organized by the Livestock Directorate of the Ministry of Agricultural Development, in Guabalá, province of Chiriquí.
The activity took place on Rodrigo Spiegel’s farm and included the participation of 10 small ranchers from the areas of Ño Kribo, Soloy, Buenos Aires, Hato Juli, Alto Caballero and Cerro Iglesias.
During the activity, the MIDA Livestock Director, Avelino Ureña, representing Minister Augusto Valderrama, said that this is an initiative to highlight the importance of continuing to improve livestock genetics throughout the country, thereby generating jobs and guaranteeing national food security.
Israel retrasa la operación terrestre en Rafah, según fuentes israelíes
Israel estaba a punto de dar sus primeros pasos hacia una ofensiva terrestre en Rafah esta semana, pero ha retrasado esos planes, ya que reflexiona sobre una respuesta al ataque de Irán, dos fuentes israelíes dijeron a CNN.

Pero las fuentes dijeron que esos planes se retrasaron durante el fin de semana en medio del ataque de Irán contra Israel.
Un funcionario israelí dijo que Israel sigue decidido a llevar a cabo una ofensiva terrestre en Rafah, aunque el calendario de las evacuaciones de civiles y la próxima ofensiva terrestre sigue sin estar claro por el momento.

Israel delays ground operation in Rafah, according to Israeli sources
Israel was poised to take its first steps toward a ground offensive in Rafah this week, but has delayed those plans as it mulls a response to Iran’s attack, two Israeli sources told CNN.
The Israeli Air Force was to begin dropping leaflets over parts of Rafah this Monday, the sources said, amid preparations for a ground offensive on Gaza’s southernmost city, where more than a million people are currently sheltering. But sources said those plans were delayed over the weekend amid Iran’s attack on Israel.
An Israeli official said Israel remains determined to carry out a ground offensive in Rafah, although the timing of civilian evacuations and the next ground offensive remains unclear for now.

Chiriquí y Colón avanzan hacia la gran final del beis mayor
Con victorias como visitantes durante el fin de semana, las novenas de Colón (3-2) y Chiriquí (3-2) lograron un paso más para disputar la Gran Final del 81 avo, Campeonato Nacional de Béisbol Mayor organizado por Fedebeis y Pandeportes.
Colón barrio (3-0) en Metetí a Darién luego de ser superado 2-0 en el Rod Carew mientras Chiriquí logró 2 importantes victorias en el Glorias Deportivas de Puerto Armuelles para lograr ventaja y regresar 3- al Kenny Serracín.
Este lunes 15 de abril será día de descanso. Ayer domingo, Colón volvió a superar a Darién 7-6 y Chiriquí a Occidente 8×4.
Los juegos de mañana martes serán en el Juan Demóstenes Arosemena y Kenny Serracín, desde las 7 de la noche.
