MINSA warns the population to get vaccinated against influenza

Dr. Lourdes Moreno, from the Ministry of Health, warned last Tuesday to all the country’s agencies that each regional center has the capacity of supplies (injectables) to attend to the population that requests their care.

In reference to the cases of influenza or common flu, she pointed out that more than 80,000 vaccines have been received and have already been distributed in Panama, to deal with the virus that has been detected precisely in the face of climate change that apparently arrived early.

It has been suggested to the population to continue with the prevention measures against the spread of respiratory diseases. Wash your hands, avoid crowds, use a mask properly in public places and visit health centers for professional consultations.
