Costa Rica envía suministro de combustible a Chiriquí y Bocas del Toro
El Gobierno Nacional comunica que en la tarde de ayerluego de diversas coordinaciones entre entidades estatales y empresas del sector, se ha logrado el traslado desde Costa Rica de un contingente de combustible (gasolina de 91 y Diésel) para el abastecimiento en las provincias de Chiriquí (20 cisternas) y Bocas del Toro (4 cisternas), afectadas por los cierres de vías en los últimos días.
Esta medida temporal busca aliviar el abastecimiento de combustibles en ambas provincias en bien de continuar las actividades productivas, el transporte y la vida familiar de la población.
El combustible estará disponible en ciertas estaciones, con el costo solidario de B/. 3.25 el galón, a fin de evitar la especulación de los precios.
Costa Rica sends fuel supply to Chiriqui and Bocas del Toro
The National Government communicates that yesterday afternoon, after coordinations between state entities and companies in the sector, the transfer from Costa Rica of a contingent of fuel (91 gasoline and Diesel) has been achieved for the supply in the provinces of Chiriqui (20 tankers) and Bocas del Toro (4 tankers), affected by road closures in recent days.
This temporary measure seeks to alleviate the supply of fuel in both provinces to continue productive activities, transportation, and the family life of the population.
Fuel will be available at certain stations, with the solidarity cost of B/. 3.25 per gallon, to prevent price speculation.
Representantes de padres de familia se reúnen con autoridades educativas
Autoridades del Ministerio de Educación (Meduca) convocó a representantes de padres de familia de las 16 regiones educativas, para enfrentar en conjunto los retos y desafíos de sus acudidos y lograr culminar el año escolar 2023, para evitar rezagos educativos de los estudiantes.
Los acudientes presentaron alternativas que darán a conocer de manera formal, al equipo ministerial encabezado por la ministra de Educación, Maruja Gorday de Villalobos; el director de Asuntos Comunitarios y Padres de Familia, Omar Batista; el director General de Educación, Guillermo Alegría; y directores regionales.
Los padres de familia reiteraron el anhelo de culminar el año escolar, sin afectar a los más de 38 mil graduandos.
Señalaron que el objetivo de la reunión fue alentar algunas medidas que beneficien a los estudiantes, tomar en cuenta las situaciones reales de cada región y que, en las escuelas, no se afecte la actualización educativa de niños y jóvenes, para que puedan continuar con el ciclo escolar 2023.
Parent Representatives Meet with Education Authorities
Authorities of the Ministry of Education (Meduca) convened representatives of parents from the 16 educational regions, to jointly face the challenges of their attendees and achieve the completion of the 2023 school year, to avoid educational delays of students.
The attendees presented alternatives that will be formally announced to the ministerial team headed by the Minister of Education, Maruja Gorday de Villalobos; the Director of Community Affairs and Parents, Omar Batista; the Director General of Education, Guillermo Alegría; and regional directors.
Parents reiterated their desire to finish the school year without affecting the more than 38,000 graduates.
They pointed out that the objective of the meeting was to encourage some measures that benefit students, consider the real situations of each region and that, in schools, the educational updating of children and young people is not affected, so that they can continue with the 2023 school year.
Panamá juega ante Costa Rica
La Selección de Fútbol de Panamá Mayor viajó a suelo tico, en donde hoy jueves disputará el pase a las semifinales de la Liga de Naciones de la Concacaf con Costa Rica.
El lateral izquierdo Eric Davis no viajará con la selección de Panamá rumbo a Costa Rica para el duelo de este jueves en la Liga de Naciones Concacaf tras una lesión.
Tras el duelo en el estadio Ricardo Saprissa, de la capital costarricense, la Roja y los ticos se verán las caras el 20 de noviembre en el estadio Rommel Fernández, en ciudad de Panamá, para decidir al ganador de esta llave.

Panama VS Costa Rica
The Panama Senior National Soccer Team traveled to Costa Rican soil, where on Thursday they will play for a place in the semifinals of the Concacaf Nations League with Costa Rica.
Left back Eric Davis will not travel with Panama to Costa Rica for Thursday’s Concacaf Nations League match after an injury.
After the duel at the Ricardo Saprissa Stadium in the Costa Rican capital, La Roja and the Ticos will face each other on November 20 at the Rommel Fernández Stadium in Panama City to decide the winner of this group.
